I reached out for help and it took forever to get a reply. When they finally answered, it felt generic and didn’t really solve much. the whole thing had that ‘no real person is actually there’ feeling.

It fit true to size for me, and I really didn’t have any issues with it.

I ordered a fleece from eddiebaueroutlet.com because the color online looked like this nice soft olive green, which was pretty much the whole reason I picked it.

When it arrived, it was much darker and more brown than the pictures made it seem. The quality isn’t awful or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel like I got what was shown to me.

I ended up keeping it because dealing with a return seemed like more trouble than it was worth, which I’m guessing is what they count on. It kind of gives the impression they care more about getting the sale than making sure the photos actually match the product.

I returned my order and it took almost 3 weeks to get the refund. Customer service did reply when I reached out, but everything just felt slow, really slow. It was kind of annoying overall, especially since I was just waiting and waiting for the money to come back.

The prices is usually solid during promos, and the clearance section can be totally worth checking out. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it got here fine. I just wish the coupon codes worked on more stuff. Overall, it’s a good place to save some money if you don’t mind watching for sales.
